Michelle A was amazing with the treatment given to my daughter she was so calming and kind the injections were done so quick she kept my child so calm she didn't even know she had then done.

In my case I saw the GP for a referral for ultrasound and subsequent surgery in March 2023. I was referred as an urgent case. Received a letter within a month from hospital to let me know that I was on the waiting list for surgery.
Subsequently contacted the surgery as pain was increasing and experiencing different symptoms. Was informed to expect a GP call back, none received.
Contacted practice with helpful receptionist who confirmed that I had been missed off the list and that I would subsequently be referred for ultrasound some 3 months later.
Suggested improvements
Keep the patient informed of their journey, ensure all actions arising from consultation are followed through on.
